MAAPCS Certificate Verification Application

• A verification application is a procedure to structurally verify cases and documents according to established criteria.

• Prepare party argument documents, notices, dispositions, judgments, contracts, complaint responses, official documents, email screenshots, photos, scanned files, reference materials, etc.

• Submitted files are PDF, image files (JPG, PNG), document files (DOC, DOCX), HWP (for South Korea); these files must be recognized by the system.

• Follow the on-screen instructions to enter information and attach documents; the verification procedure will proceed.

• The output of this system is a PDF file; in special cases, JSON data may be provided.

E. Issue Receipt ID and Next Steps
Issued only once after intake input is complete
Based on the inputs and document submissions on the current screen, intake data is created, a receipt ID is issued, and the log is saved. The receipt ID is linked to payment, objection, and download.

F. Run Verification
Run verification based on the receipt (LCP) to generate an RCP.
Look up the Receipt ID (LCP) and run verification. When completed, an RCP ID is issued, and payment and download become available.
