A. MaZip is an AI-based platform that provides document verification (MAAPCS), bankruptcy and rehabilitation guidance (pasan), the AI keyboard app (aiapp), and other services.
Q. Is membership registration required?
A. The service can be used without separate membership registration and uses only minimal information through email-based login.
2. Login and Use
Q. How do I log in with email?
A. Enter your email, check whether it is registered, and log in by entering the password for that email.
Q. I forgot my password.
A. You can set a new password through the password reset function on the login screen.
Q. Can I use the service on multiple devices?
A. You can use the service on multiple devices with the same email account.
3. Fees and Payment
Q. What is the service fee?
A. The service is provided at USD 150 per verification.
Q. When can I use the service after payment?
A. You can use the service immediately after payment is completed.
Q. Can I receive a refund?
A. Because this is a customized electronic document verification service executed immediately after payment, immediate service provision and refunds are restricted.

A. Inquiries are reviewed in order, and responses are generally provided on business days.
5. Personal Information and Security
Q. What personal information is collected?
A. Only the minimum information needed for email login is collected, and additional information may be entered voluntarily by the user.
Q. Do you use advertising tracking?
A. MaZip does not use external advertising tracking or analytics tools.
Q. Is access information collected?
A. For service stability and security, minimum information such as IP address and access logs may be automatically generated.
Q. How long is personal information retained?
A. Login information is retained during the service use period, and inquiry information is retained for three years from receipt.
6. Service Use
Q. What is verification?
A. For documents or cases, MAAPCS controls errors arising from the autonomous functions of AI through rules and structure, performs patent-based global standard verification, and issues a certificate.
Q. How many times can the verification certificate be downloaded?
A. It is provided once within seven days after issuance. (Total of two times within seven days)
Q. Is data stored on the server?
A. MaZip applies the principle of minimum storage and processes data only within the necessary scope for each service.
Q. What should I do if an error occurs while using the service?
A. Send the error details through the inquiry form or by email, and we will check and guide you.
Q. What is the document generation service?
A. The document generation service is a free optional service provided after issuance of the verification certificate. It generates documents according to fixed templates and sentence structures based on verification results. The document is not autonomously judged or written by AI and is not a legal document or legal advice. The applicant must make the final review and submission decision.
