Terms of Use
Article 1 (Purpose)
These Terms set forth the rights, obligations, and responsibilities between the Company and users regarding use of the MaZip website (the “Service”).
Article 2 (Definitions)
“User” means any visitor who uses this Service.
“Content” means text, images, materials, and other items provided through the Service.
Other terms follow applicable laws and general practice.
Article 3 (Posting and Amendment of Terms)
The Company posts these Terms on the initial screen of the Service.
The Terms may be amended due to changes in laws or service policies, and notice will be given seven days before the amendment takes effect.
Article 4 (Provision and Change of Service)
The Company makes its best efforts to provide stable services.
All or part of the Service may be changed or suspended due to operational or technical needs.
Article 5 (User Obligations)
- Users must comply with applicable laws, these Terms, and notices.
- Users must not infringe the rights of others.
- Users must not interfere with the normal operation of the Service.
Article 6 (Scope of Use)
- Use is provided at USD 150 per verification.
- The verification certificate may be downloaded once within seven days after issuance. (Total of two times within seven days)
- Because the Service is a customized electronic document verification service executed immediately after payment, immediate service provision and refunds are restricted.
Article 7 (Document Generation Service)
- The document generation service is an additional service that the applicant may choose after issuance of the verification certificate.
- This service generates documents according to fixed templates and sentence structures based on results produced by the verification protocol and is not a service in which AI autonomously judges and writes documents.
- Documents generated by this service are not legal documents or legal advice, and the Company is not responsible for their legal effect or content.
- Users must decide whether to review, modify, and submit the documents.
Article 8 (Privacy Protection)
Matters concerning personal information processing follow the Privacy Policy.
Article 9 (Intellectual Property Rights)
Copyrights in content posted on the Service belong to the Company or lawful rights holders, and unauthorized copying, distribution, or modification is prohibited.
Article 10 (Disclaimer)
The Company is not liable for service interruption due to force majeure or reasons not attributable to the Company.
The Company is not liable for damages caused by reasons attributable to the user.
Article 11 (Dispute Resolution)
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea, and disputes may be filed in the competent court.
Supplementary Provision
These Terms take effect on April 15, 2026.
