1. Definition of Our Platform

Our platform is a rule-based verification platform that structurally verifies cases, acts, and judgment processes according to rules and procedures fixed in advance, and issues the result in the form of an immutable certificate. Its structure and operating method are protected by Korean Patent Application No. 10-2026-0010464.

In this platform, artificial intelligence is used only as a tool that performs computation, alignment, and comparison, not as a judgment subject. Finalization of judgment and attribution of responsibility are fixed to humans or institutions.

3. Limitation of the Role of Artificial Intelligence

In our platform, artificial intelligence performs only the following functions.

• Structuring of materials
• Decomposition into fact units
• Mechanical comparison between rules and facts
• Calculation of results for each verification item

The following are structurally prohibited.

• Setting or changing standards
• Finalizing judgment
• Automatic termination of procedures
• Substitution of responsibility

The autonomy of artificial intelligence is limited to the computational scope, and judgment autonomy is excluded.

4. Verification Certificate Issuance Platform

The core output of our platform is the verification certificate. A verification certificate is a reproducible document that records the rule-application process, structurally states the scope and limits of verification, and is a fixed record document that cannot be edited or arbitrarily modified afterward. It is not a document declaring whether a judgment is right or wrong, but a document certifying that procedures and standards were carried out according to the rules.

5. Connection with the Patent Application

The filed patent concept is implemented as follows.

The patent protects not the UI or document format, but the structure of the verification procedure and the control mechanism itself.

6. Position in the Issuance Flowchart

In the issuance flowchart, our platform is a central procedural control device that receives application input, fixes rules, aligns facts, calculates comparison results, and then fixes and records the results for issuance as a certificate. Therefore, 'our platform' means not an AI service or automatic decision system, but a verification infrastructure that excludes judgment and fixes procedures.
